class=\"indent\">GDPR\u7684\u4e03\u5927\u539f\u5219\u662f\uff1a\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\u3001\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u3001\u900f\u660e\u6027\u3001\u76ee\u7684\u9650\u5236\u3001\u6570\u636e\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3001\u5b58\u50a8\u9650\u5236\u3001\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3001\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6027\uff08\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff09\u95ee\u8d23\u5236\u3002\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e2d\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u9700\u8981\u5173\u6ce8\u4e00\u4e9b\u6743\u5229\u548c\u4e49\u52a1\uff1a<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n class=\"no-indent\">\u867d\u7136GDPR\u5728AI\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898\u7a81\u663e\u4e4b\u524d\u5c31\u5df2\u7ecf\u5236\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6846\u67b6\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u89e3\u51b3\u5173\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u7684\u5f88\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u6570\u636e\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u52a9\u71c3\u5242\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64GDPR\u5bf9\u4e8eAI\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u9886\u57df\u5177\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"no-indent\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u4e0e\u5176\u6211\u4eec\u81ea\u5df1\u5c1d\u8bd5\u7528\u7b80\u5355\u6613\u61c2\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u6765\u89e3\u91caGDPR\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u548c\u6559\u5e08\u5e94\u8be5\u4e86\u89e3\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e0d\u5982\u63a8\u8350\u4e00\u4e2a\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"indent\">\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684\u540d\u79f0\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liberties.eu\/en\/stories\/gdpr-for-dummies\/44076\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.liberties.eu\/en\/stories\/gdpr-for-dummies\/44076\">\u300aGDPR\u50bb\u74dc\u6307\u5357\u300b<\/a>\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u540d\u5b57\u542c\u8d77\u6765\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4e9b\u5192\u72af\uff08\u6559\u5e08\u53ef\u4e0d\u662f\u50bb\u74dc\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u662f\u6b27\u6d32\u516c\u6c11\u81ea\u7531\u8054\u76df\uff08Liberties\uff09\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u4e13\u5bb6\u6240\u7f16\u5199\u7684\u3002Liberties\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u4fdd\u62a4\u6b27\u76df\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u4eba\u6743\u7684\u76d1\u7763\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5206\u6790\u503c\u5f97\u6211\u4eec\u4fe1\u8d56\u3002<\/p>","rendered":"<p class=\"no-indent\">\u867d\u7136GDPR\u5728AI\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898\u7a81\u663e\u4e4b\u524d\u5c31\u5df2\u7ecf\u5236\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6846\u67b6\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u89e3\u51b3\u5173\u4e8e\u6570\u636e\u7684\u5f88\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u6570\u636e\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u52a9\u71c3\u5242\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64GDPR\u5bf9\u4e8eAI\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u9886\u57df\u5177\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p
