class=\"indent\">GDPR\u306f7\u3064\u306e\u539f\u5247\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304d\u3001\u5e02\u6c11\u306e\u6a29\u5229\u3068\u30d7\u30e9\u30c3\u30c8\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30e0\u306e\u7fa9\u52d9\u3092\u5b9a\u3081\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"indent\">GDPR\u306e7\u3064\u306e\u539f\u5247\u306f\u3001\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\uff08lawfulness\uff09\u3001\u516c\u6b63\u3055\u3068\u900f\u660e\u6027\uff08fairness and transparency\uff09\u3001\u76ee\u7684\u306e\u9650\u5b9a\uff08purpose limitation\uff09\u3001\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u306e\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\uff08data minimisation\uff09\u3001\u6b63\u78ba\u6027\uff08accuracy\uff09\u3001\u4fdd\u7ba1\u306e\u5236\u9650\uff08storag limitation\uff09\u3001\u5b8c\u5168\u6027\u3068\u6a5f\u5bc6\u6027\uff08integrity and confidentiality\uff09\u3001\u8aac\u660e\u8cac\u4efb\uff08accountability\uff09\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"indent\">\u7279\u306b\u672c\u66f8\u3067\u95a2\u9023\u6027\u304c\u9ad8\u3044\u6a29\u5229\u3068\u7fa9\u52d9\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306b\u7d39\u4ecb\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n
